The Info action is used to add notes to profiles, needs, customers and other items stored in the system. They will be displayed in the infobox.
The action can be customized to fit your preferences.
Choose if the option to create a calendar entry is pre-selected or completely disabled when adding the note.
This option allows to automatically suggest an activation or deactivation of the item in which the info is being saved.
If you select this option and provide an email or a list of emails separated by commas in the field below, they will be notified by email each time a note is added.
The profile submit action is used to send profiles to customers.
Different types of validities can be enabled, allowing users to inform about the outcome of the action. As an example, after a profile was submitted, the customer could approve or reject it. Once labels are completed in the settings, they will be available in the action.

The profile check action allows sending candidates to colleagues to ask for feedback about them. As an example, a recruiter sources a candidate and wants to know which manager is interested in having an interview.
The name of this action can freely be chosen.
When this option is selected, the Action will be listed among the profile statuses.

Defines the maximum waiting period for a consent. Once reached, the data of the profile or customer will be automatically cleared (Empty profile section).

Custom actions can be added to cover internal business processes. They can be related to profiles, needs, customers and projects. For example, if you want to add an extra step in the recruitment process or need special actions related to your customers, you can easily achieve this using custom actions. Furthermore, these custom actions can be used to generate detailed statistics and to filter for these processes.
This setting allows to group custom actions within the toolbox interface. Simply add a new group and assign it in the custom actions.
You may filter actions by groups and set the order in the toolbox.

The process feature allows to overview the actions taken to staff profiles on needs. It displays the latest stages of the profiles positioned on needs.
This setting will enable the process tab, which will appear in the profiles and needs views within the infobox section after clicking on FILTER
