Email templates can be used to communicate with profiles and customers at various actions and changes occurring within the application. Placeholders will automatically complete the text with adequate information and users will be able to edit the text before sending. Email templates allow to save time and maintain consistency in terms of communication.

The links to add new templates are separated by type at the bottom of the list. Below, we'll outline the differences between the types and how to create them.
They are linked to profiles and refer to status changes and interviews. When creating an email template, it is necessary to connect it with specific statuses or stages of the interview. Once such a status change occurs in the profile, the associated email template is suggested to the user performing the change.

GDPR templates are designed to assist in inquiries regarding data processing, both for profiles and customers. Templates for requesting the consent and to confirm receipt of the consent can be defined.
Distribution lists can be used to include several users at once in different actions, instead of entering each one manually.
New distribution lists can be created by clicking the +New
button. After defining the name of the list, its members can be selected. Only users with an account in Unatrix can be added.
These settings allow you to configure email sending in the application. To ensure that notifications in Unatrix are sent from your domain and that emails sent by users to, e.g. candidates, are also sent from their respective domains, follow these steps as shown in the screenshot:
Following these settings will send all system notifications from your specified domain, enhancing professionalism and consistency. Additionally, if users have set their email addresses in the signatures with a domain verified here, emails such as interview notifications will be sent from the user's email address rather than the general domain email.
Once all details are entered, you can test the email settings by clicking Send test email
and then save the configuration by clicking Save
