Reports

Introduction

Unatrix provides a built-in set of reports designed specifically for staffing businesses. They cover quantitative and qualitative data regarding recruitment and sales processes. While standard reports can only be edited, custom reports can be added multiple times.

The access to each report must be granted through the permission groups in order to be visible for a user. Most of these reports can be configured according to your needs. Each report can be named individually. When a configuration allows multiple selections, you can achieve that by holding the ctrl or cmd (for Mac) on your keyboard. Some reports allow you to define the order of the columns, you can achieve that by drag & drop on the corresponding 4 arrow-icons. Reports are exported in CSV format. When using a client as Excel, please make sure that you open the file using UTF-8 encoding.
