Unatrix provides a built-in set of reports designed specifically for staffing businesses. They cover quantitative and qualitative data regarding recruitment and sales processes. While standard reports can only be edited, custom reports can be added multiple times.
The access to each report must be granted through the permission groups in order to be visible for a user. Most of these reports can be configured according to your needs. Each report can be named individually. When a configuration allows multiple selections, you can achieve that by holding the ctrl
or cmd
(for Mac) on your keyboard. Some reports allow you to define the order of the columns, you can achieve that by drag & drop on the corresponding 4 arrow-icons. Reports are exported in CSV format. When using a client as Excel, please make sure that you open the file using UTF-8 encoding.
Lists detailed information of all interviews conducted within a specified time period. When executing this report, you can define the date range of the interviews you want to export.

Displays profiles and the timeline of their recruitment statuses. Allows to monitor the time spent between the different stages of the recruitment process. Can be used to analyse the performance of recruiters. When executing this report, you can scope for specific statuses that were added to profiles within a date range. The current status of candidates doesn't matter in this report.
