Statuses are used to currently mark the state or progress of items such as applications, needs or customers.
This setting allows to display additional fields when changing the status of profiles.
This field allows to add users who will be notified by email about the status change.
This field allows to add an additional note to the status change, which will appear in the infobox.
Click the + New
button on the list view to add a new status.
Choose the type of item concerned and set the name of the new status. Email templates can automatically be suggested when changing the status of profiles.
While viewing the list, you can designate a default status when adding items in the application. The order of statuses can be set through the arrows icon when filtering for a type of item.
