Personal settings enable users managing their personal data and email signatures, configuring the application to their preferences and enabling integrations with external tools.
This page allows users to complete personal and professional data. A picture can be uploaded, which will be displayed in the application. If entities are active, the user can select a default one, which will be suggested when adding new entries.
A user can change its password by entering a new password and by confirming it. If a user forgets his password, an administrator can send a new password by email.
Email signatures are used for sending emails from the application. Several signatures can be added, allowing the user to choose between a personal and a general one when communicating with profiles or customers. The star icon allows to change the default signature. If no signature was added, data from personal settings will be used to send emails.
New signatures can be added through the Add signature
link in the toolbox.
The interface language and time zone can be set individually by each user.
Users may also set important sections to expand by default when clicking into an item, such as a profile or a need.
The extension for browsers helps with adding profiles from external platforms such as LinkedIn and Xing to Unatrix. Supported browsers are Chrome, Edge, Opera.
The extension automatically identifies data such as picture, first name, last name, email and social URL when browsing through profile pages. The education level can be selected manually. A note can be added, which will appear in the infobox of the profile added. After clicking on Add to Unatrix
, the profile will be imported with the data listed on top.

The extension can be installed through the link displayed, followed by instructions to the user. The URL of the Unatrix instance (eg. https://yourinstance.unatrix.com/) has to be provided.
