Unatrix allows to manage the consent of profiles to store their data. This feature helps to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation. It can be activated in the settings.
Profiles can have 3 different statuses:
The consent of profiles can be changed through the toolbox using GDPR status
. Several profiles can be processed at once. When adding a profile, a GDPR consent status must be defined in the last section. In each situation, an email has to be sent to the profile to request or confirm the consent. Several emails can be defined for each status, find more information here.
GDPR consents are displayed using following indicators next to the name in the list view (mousing shows more details) and in the profile overview.
The profile data is automatically emptied once:
A dedicated filter section allows to filter for profiles in specific GDPR statuses.
The top of the section displays the amount of profiles attributed to the user that will be emptied within this time range. Clicking on the link activates the filter options and lists these profiles.
