Customers lists

The customers list displays all companies and contacts of the database meeting the filter criteria. This view offers comprehensive data about customers, more information is available when mousing on specific elements. The left section is about general information, the central section about status and contact details, the right section about latest actions taken.

Results can be scoped for different entries:

• All
• Companies (only)
• Contacts (only

The results list displays most relevant customer data. More information can be retrieved when mousing on specific entries. The data is grouped horizontally in 3 sections.

Company list content

The left section displays the company name, the amount of contacts assigned to it, the location and the responsible Business Manager. Clicking on the contacts link filters for contacts of the company. The central section contains contact details of the company. The right section shows the latest or upcoming activity with company.

Contact list item

The left section displays the contact name, the company to which it is assigned, the department, the location and the responsible Business Manager. The central section contains contact details of the company. The right section shows the latest or upcoming activity with the contact.
