The needs list displays all needs of the database meeting the filter criteria.
This view offers comprehensive data about needs, more information is available when mousing on specific elements. The left section is about general information, the central section about qualifications and status, the right section about latest actions taken.
Results can be sorted in different ways:
The results list displays most relevant need data. More information can be retrieved when mousing on specific entries. The data is grouped horizontally in 3 sections.
The left section displays the name, the start date, the location. It also displays the customer that expressed the need and the Manager responsible for it. Clicking on the name or the ID leads to the need overview. The green or red dot on the right of the name shows if the need is available or unavailable.
The central section contains information regarding the amount of profiles staffed / open positions and the status of the need. It also displays the requirements in terms of education level, languages, competencies and tools.
Mousing on an entry will display more information and show the tag levels. Users can get a quick overview of the main requirements of a need.
The right section shows actions taken for the need. On top, users can mouse on elements to retrieve information:
The information below shows the latest activity with the need or upcoming one, such as qualification meetings. More details are displayed when mousing on the entries.
