Recruiters can now edit templates for personalised candidate emails directly while scheduling an interview. The new editor within the redesigned Interview form allows users to customise messages without leaving the scheduling workflow. Interview organisers can also add files in emails using drag-and-drop. Unused attachments are automatically removed to keep candidate data up to date.

The updated UI provides a more intuitive layout and streamlined workflow, it allows recruiters to send personalised emails to candidates. Users can leverage existing email templates directly within the redesigned interface, simplifying communication while scheduling interviews.
Candidates now receive calendar invitations for interview events from the application, without the need to use external tools for scheduling. All meeting guests are visible in the calendar entry, and the organizer is notified when a candidate accepts or declines the invitation.
The Support page is now accessible in French and German, in addition to English. This update allows users to view help content in their preferred language.
The meeting organiser and interviewer can now see each other in the calendar event for scheduled interviews. Additionally, the organiser will receive email notifications when the interviewer accepts or declines the invitation, improving scheduling transparency and efficiency.
We’ve added the ability to include a meeting link (e.g., Teams, Google Meet) when scheduling an interview, along with a duration field to specify the meeting length. The link will be displayed in the infobox after the interview is saved and automatically attached to the calendar invitation, with the specified duration reflected in the calendar event.
