The integration of the XING E-Recruiting Feed enables Unatrix to export job advertisements smoothly into XING. To initiate the process, you first need to acquire an XING contract, either Basic or Basic+, which allows you to post jobs on their platform.
Once the integration is activated, access to the Unatrix jobs XML feed is granted. It's crucial to verify the accuracy of the company's name as it will appear on the job ad page. Additionally, it’s possible to include contact information within the job description, which can be managed through personal or user data pages.
Providing an application URL template is necessary, specifying the address of your company's job application page using variables like ID to identify the job ad. Finally, share the Jobs XML feed URL with your XING contact person, who will utilize it to retrieve and publish the job postings. This streamlined process ensures the efficient transfer of job ads from Unatrix to XING, expanding companies' reach to a broader audience for their job listings.
