Just a few months after the founding of Unatrix in the year 2008 the young enterprise was able to finish the beta phase and to start selling its solution. Right after that, they won ALTEN Engineering as one of the first clients for its applicant tracking system (ATS). Based on this longtime client’s trust the recruitment software was continuously refined over the years.
The strong growth of the ALTEN group results in a strong need in specialized and highly-qualified employees. When covering all their recruitment processes it became clear that Unatrix was the right choice. Nowadays, it is the group’s preferred ATS in 12 countries: Austria, Belgium, China, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.

Strong expansion within the enterprise also means a fast growing staff. This is naturally followed by a big influx of candidates. Unatrix allowed to reduce the costs for the applicant tracking significantly by handling the enormous amount of applications and optimizing the internal workflow. By consequence a lot of the recruiters’ precious time became available for other tasks. Captured in numbers this means the cost per hire was reduced by 30% and the time to hire sank by 40%.
